
Participants are chosen based on applications and information provided from references.
Leadership Southside consists of two phases lasting a total of 15 months.
Phase One: Begins with orientation in September followed by 8 monthly workshops. Topics include team building, vision and mission, ethical decision making, crisis management, communication, and more.
Phase Two: The final 7 months of the program are dedicated to a community service project chosen by the class to work on as a team. Graduation will be held in December.

COST: Tuition of $995 must be paid by the individual or employer in order to cover the costs associated with the monthly meetings throughout the program. Limited financial assistance may be available upon request.
COMMITMENT: In order to complete the program, participants must commit to all-day attendance at each monthly session of Phase One. Any participant missing two program days is ineligible to graduate. Prerequisite reading is required for some monthly sessions. Participants are responsible for all transportation. There will be at least one overnight stay required by
participants.
